10.25" Supervision Cluster
For an even more high-tech look in the cockpit, the brilliant new fully digital 10.25’” cluster displays essential driving information where you can see it best: front and centre. The right hand dial displays electric powertrain information like the current state of battery charge as well as the current level of power usage.
Ventilated Front Seats
As well as the Kona climate control which manages the temperature throughout the interior, the driver and front passenger also have the added luxury of air-ventilated front seats. Fans under the seat cushions pump a gentle stream of cooling air to create exceptional seating comfort, especially when there is high humidity. (Elite model only)
Heated Seats
In cold weather, the seats can be heated on the Kona Electric Elite. Front occupants have the choice of three different levels of heating whilst rear outboard occupants can choose between two different levels.
Power Front Seats
The driver and front passenger enjoy the ultimate in comfort, being able to set up their seats just the way they like it. This includes an 8-way adjustable power driver seat including 2-way lumbar support and a 6-way adjustable power passenger seat with height adjustment. (Elite model only)

Nothing’s more important than the safety of your loved ones, so we gave the Kona Electric Series II an upgrade with advanced driver assistance features from Hyundai SmartSense™.

Smart Cruise Control (SCC)
Cruise control that not only maintains a speed, but also slows and even stops to meet a pre-set distance to the car in front.
Forward Collision-Avoidance (FCA)
Maintain a safe stopping distance with cars, bikes and pedestrians. First a warning will be sounded followed by braking intervention.
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA).
When driving at a speed of 30km/h or higher, the BCA function will alert the driver to vehicles that enter the blind-spot and will even provide intervention if required.
Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
Having the right tyre pressure is more than just good for your tyres and fuel economy – it’s a safety issue too. The Kona’s Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) displays the pressure for each individual tyre on the instrument cluster, warning the driver if pressure drops.
Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
In an emergency manoeuvre, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) helps keep you on track, while Hyundai’s Traction Control System (TCS) monitors your grip, reducing wheel spin so that you can accelerate on slippery or uneven road surfaces.
High Beam Assist (HBA)
LED high beams and low beams automatically adjust to meet the needs of the environment and surrounds. (Limited model.)
Safe Exit Warning (SEW)
SEW warns occupants both visually and audibly of approaching traffic whilst occupants are attempting to leave the vehicle.
Front & Rear Park Assist
The Kona thinks of everything. To help with parking in tight spots, four ultrasonic sensors at the front (Elite only) and rear of the Kona are automatically activated when you select reverse, giving an audible warning if and where objects are detected.
Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
A driver protection feature which helps monitor driving patterns in order to detect reckless or fatigued driving and prevent potential accidents. The system analyses various vehicle signals such as steering angle, steering torque, vehicle's positioning in the lane and driving time. If the system detects inattentive driving patterns, an audible and visual alert on the display panel will bring this to the driver’s attention.
Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) with Lane Following Assist (LFA)
LKA/LFA keep you safely centered within the lane using its front view camera to monitor lane markers. On detecting an unintentional lane departure, a warning is triggered and, if necessary, LKA will automatically provide corrective steering input to keep you within the lane.
Hyundai Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS)
The usage of advanced high-strength steel alloy has been expanded to 51 percent of the body structure. To attain unprecedented levels of structural rigidity, critical components were fabricated using advanced hot stamping technology.

Touchscreen multimedia systems
The Kona Electric Series II features two different touchscreen multimedia systems, depending on the model. Entry models enjoy an 8" touchscreen. The Elite model features a 10.25" unit with satellite navigation paired with a premium Harman KardonTM 8-speaker sound system.
Apple CarPlay™ & Android Auto®
The Head-Up Display helps you keep your eyes on the road by projecting key driving information like your speed, safety alerts and satellite navigation directions onto the glass panel above the supervision cluster.
Wireless smartphone charging
New induction technology lets you recharge your smartphone without connecting cables (compatible phone models only), and an alert is triggered should you ever leave your phone behind. (Elite models only.)
Heads-Up Display (HUD)
The HUD system on Elite models cleverly allows you to stay looking at the road ahead by projecting key driving information onto the windscreen. As well as showing information like speed, navigation directions and what radio station you're listening to. The HUD system will also project alerts, such as a Lane Keep Assist (LKA) or Blind-spot Collision Avoidance (BCA) assist.

Smart Cruise Control (SCC)
Smart Cruise Control means you can relax whilst maintaining a constant speed, ideal for open road driving. The Smart Cruise Control system adjusts the vehicle's speed to maintain a safe distance from vehicles ahead and will even bring the vehicle to a complete stop.
10.25" digital supervision cluster
The Kona Electric features a stunning 10.25” digital supervision cluster, which puts all the essential information about your vehicle front and centre such as speed, safety icons and energy usage.
3 x USB inputs
A USB input has been added to the rear of the Kona Electric Series II to maximise 2nd-row passenger connectivity and functionality. This complements the two inputs for front row occupants.
